FIRE COMPANIES / EMS / AMBULANCE.
Currently we donate $1000 in this area. (2 ambulance / 2 Fire)
There is a move towards a fire tax in many municipalities. Are
we giving enough for protection?
ACT 32, Requires
implementing a TCC (Tax Collection Committee) for a single County
Tax Collection Agency. The State mandated this but is not
providing start up money. Unknown at this time what our share
will be for start up of the TCC.
TOWNSHIP SALT AND STORAGE SHEDS:
Currently in salt shed, salt/anti-skid mix kept
on one side, backhoe in other. Need to put concrete pad in
backhoe side for salt storage. In dire need of an equipment
storage shed for Huber, Tractor, Backhoe, Plows, Spreader and mowing
equipment. Presently when plows installed to go from one bay
to another you have to climb over plows. Safety concern.
